Reporting An Absence
If your child is absent, please email their
teacher. If you are unable to email, then send a note to their
teacher upon the student's return.
Transportation Changes
Send a note to your child's teacher if your child
is to have a change in transportation . If you
forget to send a note and need to have your child's transportation
changed, please call the school office before
3 p.m.
Early Check-Out
If your child needs to be picked up
early for an appointment, please check them out before
3:30 p.m. .

Highcroft Drive Elementary School is an outstanding
school, which opened in August 2004. It is a school full of motivated
students, dedicated teachers and staff, and hard-working parent
volunteers. Our students selected the Husky as our mascot. The
traits of cooperation, perseverance and team work, common to the Husky,
contributed to development of the strong sense of community present at
Highcroft. We
are proud of our many achievements, including the
commemorative
tile wall that includes a self-portrait of all the
students and staff who opened HDES. Our students and teachers are serious
learners as evidenced by our test scores. Come see what makes Highcroft
the best place to learn. For the past seven years since opening in 2004,
Highcroft has been an Honor School of Excellence. Way to go Huskies!
